Etiquette in the Theatre

The dictionary definition of etiquette is "The customary code of polite behaviour in society or among members of a particular profession or group." So what does that mean in the world of theatre and film.

Watching the wonderful cast of “The Lady Killers” a few weeks ago, the excited buzz subsided, the curtain rose and the first words I heard were “’scuse me, sorry, oops, sorry, right”

Rule number one, if the actors and 98% of the audience can get to the theatre in time to start the show so should everyone!! It’s just rude otherwise ;-) .. happy viewing.
