2nd year student wins Laurence Olivier bursary award

ALRA second year student Lydea Perkins has been awarded the prestigious Laurence Olivier bursary for which she had to perform two monologues at Wyndham’s Theatre, followed by an interview with a panel of judges alongside 40 other students from CDS drama schools.
This is the third year that an ALRA student has been awarded the Laurence Olivier bursary and we pride ourselves on the high level of talent that our students have.
The bursary allows those students who have financial difficulties to continue their training with less financial restraints and allows them to focus on their training.
Congratulations Lydea, we are all extremely proud of you.
