FindDigs - Student Housing Village for ALRA South Students
ALRA South now has a floor of rooms available in the new Student Housing Village, Oakwood Hall in Tooting. These rooms are all single rooms with a bathroom. The kitchen is shared with 8 other ALRA students. The rooms are available from mid-August.
Building Information
New residence opening in October 2012. Offering fun and modern fully furnished en-suite rooms, Oakwood Hall is part of a complex of buildings of Furzedown Student Village. Included are a common room, vending machines, on-site gym, laundry room, and terrace. All the rooms have a fridge, internet, as well as a TV and phone point. They also provide a daily shuttle service bus from the residence to Tooting Bec.

The residence offers fully furnished modern en-suite study rooms. Kitchens and laundry facilities are shared.
Cost
This is a single room with a bathroom. The kitchen is shared with 8 residents the rent is £160 p/week. Monthly rent includes all bills such as broadband internet, water, gas, and electricity. A refundable deposit and administration is required to reserve the room. For UK students, first month rent will be charged 8 weeks before arrival. For international students, three months rent will be charged 8 weeks before arrival.
